Do I need to be a Kentucky resident to register and/or to play?

No, you do not need to be a resident of Kentucky. However you must be within the borders of the Commonwealth of Kentucky to register and play our games. If you travel outside the Commonwealth of Kentucky, you will not be able to play until you are once again within the borders of Kentucky.
